Today i just want to talk a bit about self medicating. Normally when we feel low and lonely or even just stressed we mostly use our back up of self medicating. The danger in doing so is that you can loose the people close to you while doing this. My suggestion would be rather than reaching for a bottle to go do something else like exercising to release that extra tension building up. I know it's hard and we cannot always succeed, but trying this method while on your medication would cause a lot less stress and no more walks of shame.
